Cashback and Winter Support 2025 can be spent on paying for utility services, charity, postal services (sending, transfers, other Ukrposhta services), and goods of Ukrainian production (purchased at Ukrposhta branches). They can also be used for med. and medical preparations, books and printed materials, and food products (excl. excisable goods) purchased from merchants participating in the programs. Receiving funds as cash from a special card, or as a money transfer, is not possible.
