Who can participate in the National Cashback program?
Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and older.
Is it possible to participate in the National Cashback program if I refused to use the RNOKPP?
No, this is not possible.
Which products are eligible for 5% and 15% cashback?
Starting from March 1, 2026, the "National Cashback" program will operate with two cashback tiers: 5% and 15%, depending on the category of Ukrainian-made goods. The updated program aims to strengthen support for domestic manufacturers in categories where they compete most intensely with imported goods:
15% cashback is applied to Ukrainian-made product categories where the share of imports in the consumer basket exceeds 35%.Specifically, this includes non-food items: clothing, footwear, electronics, household appliances, hygiene products, cosmetics, toys, children's goods, stationery, books, household chemicals, home goods, repair and construction materials, and pet supplies. It also includes specific food items: buckwheat and oat groats, soft and hard cheeses, wine, and pasta.
5% cashback is applied to Ukrainian-made product categories where the share of imports in the consumer basket is below 35%.This includes flour and other baking goods, pharmacy items, non-alcoholic beverages, automotive goods, hot drinks, frozen and canned foods, cereals, legumes (excluding pasta, buckwheat, and oats), meat and meat products, dairy products (excluding hard and soft cheeses), fruits, vegetables, oils, fish and seafood, snacks, sweets and confectionery, sauces, seasonings, garden supplies, bread, fresh pastries, eggs, and other groceries.
By when must the Winter Support 2025 funds be spent?
The funds must be spent by June 30, 2026. Any unspent balances after the allocated period will be returned to the budget.
How can I determine the cashback percentage for a specific product?
To determine the cashback percentage, scan the product's barcode using the Diia app:
In the app, go to "Services" — "National Cashback."
Tap the barcode icon.
Scan the barcode to check if the product participates in the "National Cashback" program and see the specific cashback percentage that will be credited.
What cards are credited with “National cashback”?
Cashback can be credited for payments with any PRAVEX BANK cards for personal needs, except for eVostok, National cashback and corporate payment cards.
What should I do if I have a National Cashback card in another bank?
You can open another one in PRAVEX BANK and select it in Actions to credit the cashback from the state.
Is it possible to receive cashback under the “National Cashback” program to a card in PRAVEX BANK if payments were made with cards of other banks?
Yes. If another bank participates in the National Cashback program and if the cards of another bank were connected to the National Cashback program in the application of another bank, then to receive cashback for transactions with cards of another bank, simply select in the Actions the card for cashback payment from the state, which was opened in PRAVEX BANK.
Is it possible to issue a physical (plastic) card “National cashback” from PRAVEX BANK?
No, only a virtual card “National Cashback” is available, which can be opened through the PRAVEX ONLINE application and immediately added to Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Can I use the “National Cashback” card for international purchases or outside Ukraine?
No.
What can the National Cashback and Winter Support 2025 funds be spent on?
It is forbidden to withdraw cash, make any transfers, or top up accounts. The funds can be spent on: Utility services (payment for electricity, gas, water, or heat supply); Charity (including donations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine); Postal services (sending, transfers, and other Ukrposhta services); Goods of Ukrainian production (purchased at Ukrposhta branches); Medicines and medical preparations (at pharmacies and medical stores); Books and printed materials (at bookstores or press kiosks); Food products (Ukrainian-produced goods, excluding excisable goods, purchased from merchants participating in the programs).
Cashback is only accrued for the purchase of Ukrainian goods participating in the "National Cashback" Program.
What data does the bank transmit for the National Cashback Program?
The Bank transmits to the Information and Communication System “National Cashback” of the Ministry of Economy information only about those transactions that were carried out in Ukraine by cashless payment in stores connected to the “National Cashback” program and the State Tax Service receives information about the “National Cashback” system of the Ministry of Economy.
How can I refuse to transfer data on transactions within the National Cashback program?
To refuse data transfer, you need to disconnect your cards from participation in the National Cashback program in the PRAVEX ONLINE application.
How quickly will the “National cashback” be credited?
Accumulated funds will be credited to the “National Cashback” card once a month until the 20th day of the following month. For example, cashback for goods purchased in March will be credited until April 20.
Will “National Cashback” be credited for canceled purchases?
Cashback is credited only for successful card purchases. If the purchase is canceled or you return the goods, the amount of cashback accrued will be recalculated.
Is there a time period for which I have to spend the received “National cashback”?
Yes, the cashback from the state must be spent by 30/06/2026. If the funds are not used by this date, the balance will be automatically returned to the state.
Is the National Cashback program taxable?
Cashback in the National Cashback program is not taxed.
Where can I view the amount of accrued “National cashback”?
You can track the amount of accrued cashback in the Diia application by going to the Services section and selecting the National Cashback service.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for cashback accrual?
The minimum purchase for cashback is UAH 20, and the minimum cashback is UAH 2.
Will receiving “National Cashback” affect the benefits from the state? Should it be included in the declaration?
It is best to contact the State Tax Service to find out.
