Report misconduct or violations in the Bank's activities
If you are aware of or have witnessed corrupt practices, fraud, violations of legislation and/or internal procedures, or any other instances of improper professional conduct by Bank employees that contradict the principles of the Bank's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, you may report such facts to: compliance@pravex.ua
During the review of reports, we guarantee anonymity, if required, and the confidentiality of the whistleblower.
Anonymous reports are processed based on the completeness and substantiation of the facts stated therein. The individual reporting the matter must provide accurate, factual, and truthful information, a detailed description of the facts and conduct, and, where possible, documentary evidence.
Important!
This Whistleblowing reporting channel should not be used in place of existing channels for submitting customer complaints and notices (e.g., payment card fraud, phishing, etc.).
