1. Currency exchange is carried out in all the branches of the Bank.
The following currencies are exchanged only at the Bank's branches in Kyiv:
- Swiss frank
- Australian dollar
- Canadian dollar
You can exchange Hungarian forints only in the Zakarpattia Regional Directorate branch: 2 Kyivska Naberezhna Str., Uzhhorod.
2. On-line currency exchange
Service of on-line purchase of currency via internet-banking ОNLINE PRAVEX. Hryvnia equivalent for 24 hours amounts to UAH 150, 000 that is the sum under all cards of the client of the Bank. Purchase is possible only between the client’s own cards issued in PRAVEX BANK. Purchase is carried out without any commissions.
How to purchase currency online:
- To be client of the Bank and to have 2 cards — one in UAH and one in foreign currency (USD, EUR) issued in PRAVEX BANK. If the client does not have a card in currency, he or she can use a free offer within FAMIGLIA service package and CAPPUCCINO
- To enter Internet-banking PRAVEX ONLINE
- To go to menu “Purchase of currency from a card”
- To chose the card for debiting in UAH and the card for crediting of foreign currency (USD, EUR)
- To indicate the amount, for which you wish to purchase foreign currency
- To indicate the amount in UAH to be debited from https://www.pravex.com.ua/kursy-valyut - after which the expected amount in the relevant currency to be credited will be displayed in the relevant field.
At which exchange rate currency exchange is made: during purchase via Internet-banking the estimated amount to be credited is calculated according to exchange rates of blocking on the card that is indicated at https://www.pravex.com.ua/kursy-valyut.
As a rule, the next day actual debiting of funds in UAH and crediting of currency according to the exchange rates under the card valid on the day of actual debiting take place. Thus, the amount in UAH indicated by the client is debited from the card and the amount of currency according to the exchange rate is credited.
