Auction for Sale of Non-Performing Loan Portfolios

JOINT STOCK COMPANY "PRAVEX BANK" invites you to participate in the auction to determine the buyer of non-performing loan portfolios.

Subject of the Competition:

1. A portfolio of individual mortgage loan receivables with the following characteristics:

Borrowers: individuals
Loan currency: UAH, USD, EUR
Loan products: mortgage, auto loan, remaining debt from collateral realization
Total portfolio amount: UAH 480 million* * data as of July 1, 2026; the portfolio size will be adjusted as of the transaction date.

1. A portfolio of unsecured loan/credit card receivables with the following characteristics:

Borrowers: individuals
Loan currency: UAH
Loan products: European Personal Loan, credit card
Total portfolio amount: UAH 21.9 million* * data as of July 1, 2026; the portfolio size will be adjusted as of the transaction date.

Requirements for Participants:

The auction winner shall be deemed the participant who made the highest bid for the lot. In the event of their disqualification or refusal to conclude the agreement on the assignment of claims under loans on terms acceptable to the bank, the participant with the next highest price offer shall be selected.

Requirements for Participants:

Hold a license to provide financial services for granting funds and banking metals on credit as of the date of the final price offer
Have experience in purchasing bank loan portfolios
Transparent ownership and management structure; absence of bankruptcy, insolvency, or liquidation procedures

Auction Timeline

First Stage:

August 27, 2026 – September 11, 2026
Company registration on the bank's platform, NDA signing
Review of the portfolio offered for sale by the bank (without disclosing client identification data), credit files in the electronic Data Room, and the standard Assignment of Claims Agreement
