The Standard Rating credit rating agency has confirmed PRАVEX BANK's long-term credit rating on the national scale at uaAAA. This indicates the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.
The agency's decision to confirm the credit rating was based on an analysis of the Bank's operating results for the nine months of 2025, as well as statistical reporting data for the January-November 2025 period.
For the period from 01.01.2025 to 01.10.2025, PRАVEX BANK recorded the following:
- The Bank's assets grew by 12.21%
- Cash and cash equivalents increased by 21.86%
- Equity increased by 0.28%
As of the beginning of December 2025, PRАVEX BANK maintained very high levels of capital adequacy ratios (H1, Нрк, Нк1, and Нок1) and liquidity ratios (NSFR, LCRbb, and LCRfx), which significantly exceeded the limits set by the NBU (National Bank of Ukraine).
These factors, along with the practically confirmed high level of external support from the Bank's sole shareholder, the international banking Intesa Sanpaolo Group, allowed the Agency to confirm PRАVEX BANK's credit rating at such a high level.
