The Rating Agency "Standard-Rating" has updated the long-term credit rating of PRAVEX BANK on the national scale to uaAAA. This signifies the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.
The agency's decision to reaffirm the credit rating was based on an analysis of the Bank's operating results for the first half of 2025, as well as statistical reporting data for the January - August 2025 period.
For the first half of the year, PRAVEX BANK recorded:
- The Bank's assets grew by 7.40%
- Investments in securities showed an increase of 21.63%
- The volume of loans and advances to customers increased by 0.15%
The Bank maintained a high level of liquidity by placing available funds in monetary and liquid instruments of the NBU(National Bank of Ukraine) with a minimal level of credit risk.
As of the beginning of September 2025, PRAVEX BANK continued to maintain capital adequacy ratios (N1,Nрк,Nк1,and Нок1) and liquidity ratios (NSFR,LCRвв,and LCRів) at a high level, significantly exceeding the limit values set by the NBU.
These factors, along with the external support of the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, allowed the Agency to reaffirm PRAVEX BANK's credit rating at such a high level.
