A unified identity, strong ties to the local market and an unwavering commitment to customers.
The new brand combines in-depth knowledge of the local market with the strength, innovation and international scale of one of Europe’s leading banking groups.
From October 30, 2026, PRAVEX BANK, which has been part of the international INTESA SANPAOLO Group since 2008, will operate under the brand and name INTESA SANPAOLO BANK (INTESA SANPAOLO BANK). The name change will more clearly reflect its affiliation with one of Europe’s leading banking groups, while maintaining its ties to the local market and the trust of its customers.
Today, INTESA SANPAOLO is one of Europe’s leading banking groups, serving more than 21 million retail and corporate customers thanks to its many years of experience and internationally recognized leadership in wealth management.
As part of the INTESA SANPAOLO International Banks Division, the bank belongs to an international network operating in Central and South-Eastern Europe and Egypt. The transition to a common brand is aimed at increasing recognition of the INTESA SANPAOLO international banking network and emphasizing that its members belong to the same Group. It also reflects the growing strategic importance of the International Banks Division within Intesa Sanpaolo and the commitment to leveraging shared knowledge and experience, innovation and network capabilities for further development. At the same time, each bank in the network maintains strong ties with its local market and customers.
The rebranding will not affect customers’ usual banking services: they will continue to work with the same team of professionals and use the same familiar services. Existing banking products, service channels, Ukrainian expertise and mutual trust will remain unchanged. Contracts and day-to-day banking services will continue without interruption. Customers will still be able to use their accounts and the bank’s services as usual.
The change of the bank’s name from “PRAVEX BANK” to “INTESA SANPAOLO BANK” is more than just an update to its signage. It is a clear reflection of the bank’s identity: deeply rooted in Ukraine and an integral part of an international banking group. The bank will continue to invest in innovation, digital solutions and improvements to the customer experience, while expanding its services for retail customers, entrepreneurs and companies in an ever-changing world.
Semen Babaiev, Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX BANK: “We are changing our name, but our commitment to customers remains unchanged. The transition to the INTESA SANPAOLO BANK brand more clearly emphasizes that we are part of one of Europe’s leading banking groups. At the same time, we are preserving what our work has always been built on: knowledge of the local market and strong relationships with customers. The new brand reflects our identity and our commitment to continuing to grow, innovate and create long-term value for the people and businesses we work with.”The new brand will gradually appear at all the bank’s customer touchpoints — in branches, informational and advertising materials, on the website and other digital channels, as well as in materials for customers. The transition will take place in stages to ensure that the changes are convenient and clear for customers and other stakeholders.
