Since April 29, 2022, new loan repayment features have become available in the PRAVEX ONLINE app. From now on, the clients of PRAVEX BANK can use the following upgraded features: repayment according to the schedule, loan prepayment, and full loan repayment. Previously, clients could only do this at a bank branch. PRAVEX BANK adheres to the principles of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) and helps to improve the environment by introducing new features in the application.
The new features are accessible on business days, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
It should be noted that the clients whose debts are overdue shall first repay the outstanding debts according to a standard process, i.e. to replenish the account, which is “tied” to a loan, by the amount of the overdue debt and the feature “Prepay the principal” will become available on the next banking day.
The features “Repayment according to the schedule” and “Full loan repayment” are accessible even if the client’s debt is overdue.
