Representatives of the "Plast" scout organization handed over the Bethlehem Flame of Peace to PRAVEX BANK. The traditional ceremony of handing over the Flame was held at the main office of the Bank.
Employees, clients, and partners of the Bank came to support the bright tradition. Spreading the Flame of Bethlehem is an international annual scouting campaign before Christmas. Thousands of people eagerly await the flame that comes from the birthplace of Christ and symbolizes peace, love, and grace.
"On the eve of Christmas, we all need faith in goodness and light. Another difficult year is coming to an end, so let the Flame of Bethlehem become a symbol of our unification and indomitability, a reminder that together we can overcome any challenges," said Semion Babaev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of Retail Division of PRAVEX BANK, taking this symbol from the plastuns.
The pre-Christmas tradition of spreading the Bethlehem Flame of peace was started in Austria, but thanks to plastuns, the campaign was also introduced in Ukraine. Every year, from hand to hand, from one scout center to another, the Flame of Bethlehem overcomes many borders and reaches everyone who is waiting for warmth, peace, and harmony.
