Minimum monthly card spend requirements:
Visa Platinum: from UAH 10,000
Visa Signature: from UAH 20,000
How is the turnover calculated?
The system takes into account payments for goods, services, and online orders made over the past 35 days (excluding the last 5 days). Cash withdrawals and transfers are not included. A 30-day grace period applies to new cards.
How to check your eligibility? Via the VisaUkraine chatbot:
Go to the main menu and select "Concierge".
Click "Get service" for an automatic check.
Receive an instant result and access to the service as soon as your total spend meets the requirements.
Important: If the spend requirement is not met, access to the services will be temporarily restricted until the required spend volume is reached.
