How to use the service?

FROM THE VISA LOUNGE TO THE TRAIN

• Order the serviceRequest via the Visa chatbot at least 45 minutes before departure → select the "Light Suitcase" section.

OR

Ask at the reception of the UZ Lounge "Kyivska Vitalnya" and validate your card at the terminal.

• Meet the porterA porter will meet you at the lounge and help carry your luggage to your train car.

FROM THE TRAIN TO A TAXI

• Order the serviceRequest via the Visa chatbot at least 45 minutes before arrival → select the "Light Suitcase" section.
• Provide detailsIndicate: Direction (Arrival), train number and car number, date, time, phone number, and amount of luggage.
• Meet the porterA porter will meet you on the platform and help carry your luggage to the lounge or to a Bolt car.
