The rating agency "Standard-Rating" has confirmed the long-term credit rating of PRAVEX BANK at the level of uaAAA on the national scale.

A bank or an individual debt instrument with a uaAAA rating is characterized by the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. The decision to update the credit rating of PRAVEX BANK was made based on the analysis of the Bank's results for the 1st quarter of 2023, as well as data from the Bank's statistical reporting for the period January-May 2023.

The agency indicated that in the first quarter of 2023, PRAVEX BANK continued to increase the volume of clients' funds, which ensured the preservation of a stable resource base and a high level of liquidity.

Thus, in the first quarter of 2023, PRAVEX BANK increased client funds by 5.32%, conducted restrained and selective lending to corporate business with strict credit risk control, and also focused on liquidity management.

In addition, the Agency indicates that as of the beginning of June 2023, PRAVEX BANK maintained the indicators of capital ratios (H1, H2 and H3) and liquidity ratios (NSFR, LCRvv and LCRiv) at a high level, which significantly exceeded the limit values set up by the NBU. The relevant factors and the high level of external support from the Bank's sole shareholder - the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo Group - allowed the Agency to confirm the JSC "PRAVEX BANK" credit rating at such a high level.

The level of external support, a reserve of solvency and liquidity of PRAVEX BANK allow it to confidently pass the period of aggravation of the group of systematic risks during martial law.
