PRAVEX BANK, a member of the international Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has signed Addendum No. 2 to the Memorandum on Bank Lending for Energy Infrastructure Restoration Projects.
About the Initiative
PRAVEX BANK originally joined the Memorandum in 2024, supporting a joint initiative of the banking sector. Its primary goal is the restoration of Ukraine’s energy system, the development of distributed generation, and the strengthening of the state's energy independence.
What Addendum No. 2 Changes
The addendum clarifies the indicative terms for financing energy projects and expands the opportunities for credit support in energy restoration. To date, 53 financial institutions have joined the initiative, most of which are the country’s leading banks.
