The following regulation of processing payments in the national currency is established in PRAVEX BANK:
- For paper based settlement documents:
- Operating hours:* 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (the start of operating hours may vary depending on the specific branch opening time);
After-hours operations for interbank payments (outside PRAVEX BANK): 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM (subject to additional fees according to current Bank tariffs);
After-hours operations for intrabank payments (within PRAVEX BANK): 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM or until the branch closes for customers (subject to additional fees according to current Bank tariffs).
2. Electronic Banking Services:
- Operating hours: from 12:00 AM*** to 05:00 PM;
- After-hours operations for PRAVEX ONLINE: 05:00 PM to 10:10 PM for external payments; 05:00 PM to 11:45 PM for internal payments (subject to additional fees according to current Bank tariffs);
- After-hours operations for PRAVEXBANK BIZ: 05:00 PM to 10:10 PM for both internal and external payments (subject to additional fees according to current Bank tariffs).
*Operating hours – the period during the Bank's business day when payment instructions and recall instructions are accepted for processing;
** After-hours operations – the period of the business day following the end of operating hours during which payment and recall instructions may still be submitted;
*** The start of the operating hours begins immediately upon completion of the daily opening maintenance procedures.
