- Make purchases at stores that are part of the Global Blue system (usually indicated by a Tax Free Shopping sign on the entrance doors). Obtain Tax Free receipts, which must be stamped onto the sales receipts by the store employee responsible for serving customers under the Global Blue system.
- Present all Tax Free receipts at customs. A customs officer should stamp them to confirm crossing the border.
- Please note that you may be asked to show the purchase and present your tourist visa.
- After returning to Ukraine, contact the PRAVEX BANK branch.

You will need to provide the following documents at the branch:
- Tax Free receipt;
- Identification document and passport (for Ukrainian citizens). For non-residents - identification document;
- Sales receipt / invoice from the store where the purchase was made.
- The tax refund amount for Tax Free receipts will be paid in cash in UAH at the commercial exchange rate of EURO PRAVEX BANK on the day of the transaction or transferred to a payment card*.

*Refunds are processed by Global Blue to Visa International, Mastercard International, and American Express payment cards. The transfer period is from 10 to 15 business days.
