Changes in composition of the Supervisory Board of PRAVEX BANK

On January 23^rd, 2023 the sole Shareholder of PRAVEX BANK, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., has taken the decision to elect Ms. Daniela Blandino as the Member of the Supervisory Board of PRAVEX BANK (Shareholder representative). Ms. Daniela Blandino was elected after approval of her candidacy by the National Bank of Ukraine for the period until the 2024 annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Daniela Blandino has taken the office on January 23^rd, 2023.
