Kyiv, September 12, 2019 – The Supervisory Board of PRAVEX BANK, a member of Intesa Sanpaolo, acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Taras Kyrychenko from the position of the Chairman of the Management Board starting from September, 30, 2019.
Mr. Gianluca Corrias, who currently holds the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, is appointed for the position of the Chairman of the Management Board starting from October, 1, 2019 and will perform the duties of Acting Chairman of the Management Board until the official approval of the National Bank of Ukraine received.
