Update of Tariffs for Cash and Settlement Services and SWIFT Transfers for Individuals and Legal Entities Effective from 9 October 2026

Dear Customers!

Please be advised that starting from 9 October 2026, PRAVEX BANK is introducing changes to the tariffs for cash and settlement services of current accounts. The amendments aim to bring tariffs in line with market levels and apply to both new and existing customers serviced under standard terms and conditions.

Please note that individual conditions previously established for these commissions remain unchanged. Additionally, the tariff «Accelerated crediting of the hryvnia equivalent on the day of sale» has been cancelled as obsolete.

Main changes by customer categories:

1. Legal entities and sole proprietors

Commission rates for foreign currency transfers (USD, EUR, CHF, GBP, PLN) are changed regardless of the funding option (at the expense of sender and receiver [SHAR], at the expense of receiver [CRED], at the expense of sender [DEBT], VAT exempt):

• Current tariff: 0.25%, min. USD 25, max. USD 150.

• New tariff: 0.25%, min. USD 30, max. USD 200.

2. Individuals

Tariffs for SWIFT transfers, crediting of SWIFT incoming funds, and foreign currency purchase on the Interbank Foreign Exchange Market of Ukraine (IBEMU) have been updated:

• Foreign currency transfers to other banks via SWIFT:

◦ For the «PRAVEX FAMILY» product (USD, EUR): new tariff — 0.7%, min. USD 15, max. USD 400 (in UAH at the NBU exchange rate), VAT exempt (instead of 0.45%, min. UAH 500, max. USD 400).

◦ For other accounts (GBP): new tariff — 1%, min. USD 30, VAT exempt; other currencies: 1%, min. USD 20 (in UAH at the NBU exchange rate), VAT exempt.

• Crediting SWIFT transfers (except Express to Family transfers and returned funds):

◦ For the «PRAVEX FAMILY» product: new tariff — 0.7% of the credited amount (previously 0.4%).

◦ For «PRAVEX RECORD FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY SALARY PAYMENTS» (RCAZRP) accounts: new tariff — 1% of the credited amount (previously 0.6%).

◦ For other accounts: new tariff — 1.5% of the credited amount (minimum 12 USD/EUR/CHF / 10 GBP).

• Foreign currency purchase on the IBEMU:

◦ For the «PRAVEX FAMILY» product: new tariff — 0.5% of the purchase amount, min. USD 10 (in UAH at the NBU exchange rate), VAT exempt.

◦ For other accounts: new tariff — 0.8% of the purchase amount, min. USD 10 (in UAH at the NBU exchange rate), VAT exempt.

All commissions are charged in the national currency of Ukraine at the NBU exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
