The state program "Winter Support" has launched, providing financial assistance in the amount of 1,000 UAH. The program is available to all citizens of Ukraine – adults and children – who apply by December 24.
Important Conditions:
- The payment is provided to those who are on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories.
- To receive funds for a child, the application must be submitted by one of the parents or their legal representative. A separate application must be submitted for each child.
- If the assistance is received by a legally incapacitated person, their guardian may apply, provided they have documents confirming their identity and appointment as a guardian.
Applications can be submitted online via the "Diia" application or at a Ukrposhta branch. The deadline for applications is December 24, 2025.
How to Apply in "Diia" for PRAVEX BANK Clients:
- Open the Services section to Winter Support.
- Fill in the details and select the "National Cashback" card from PRAVEX BANK.
- After confirmation, the application will automatically be processed.
The "National Cashback" card from PRAVEX BANK can be issued in the PRAVEX ONLINE mobile application.
The 1,000 UAH payment can be spent on Ukrainian-made goods, including:
- Food products (except excisable goods);
- Medicines;
- Books;
- Payment for postal and utility services;
- Charitable contributions.
The funds received on the "National Cashback" card via "Diia" must be used by June 30, 2026.
