National cashback program update: new rates starting March 1

01.03.2026

PRAVEX BANK informs you about changes to the state program supporting Ukrainian manufacturers. Starting March 1, the flat 10% cashback rate for purchasing Ukrainian goods will be replaced by 5% or 15%, depending on the product category.

What exactly is changing?

The payout amount now depends on the share of imports within a specific product category:

  • 15% Cashback — on goods with a high share of imports (over 35%). This primarily includes non-food items, hard and soft cheeses, as well as certain types of pasta and cereals.
  • 5% Cashback — on goods with a low share of imports (under 35%). This includes basic food products (except cheeses and some cereals), pharmacy items, and garden supplies.

What remains unchanged?

  • Maximum payout amount — up to 3,000 UAH per month.
  • Automatic accrual — funds are credited to your National Cashback card approximately after the 20th of the following month.
  • Tracking — you can check your accumulated cashback balance in the Diia app.

How can you spend the funds?

  • Utility bills;
  • Postal services;
  • Ukrainian-made food products in stores and supermarkets;
  • Ukrainian medicines and medical devices;
  • Books and other printed materials;
  • Charity — donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and other charitable causes.

Note: You can open a special virtual card in the PRAVEX ONLINE mobile app. The government will transfer your cashback for purchasing Ukrainian goods to this card. The cashback will be calculated at rates of 5% and 15%, with a cap of 3,000 UAH per month.
