Holiday Operating Hours

Dear Clients!

Please plan your financial transactions in advance. Review the operating hours of our branches and the PRAVEX ONLINE app during the New Year holidays below:

December 31, 2025

Branches will operate on a shortened schedule:

General Schedule: 09:00 to 16:45 (Customer service until 16:00).

• Kharkiv Regional Directorate: Customer service until 14:00.

• Sumy Regional Directorate: Customer service until 14:30.

January 1, 2026

Branches will operate remotely (remote customer service only).

Schedule: 09:00 to 16:45.

PRAVEX ONLINE Operations and Payments

To ensure timely settlements, please note the following restrictions:

• December 30: Standard operating mode.
• December 31 – January 1: All payments will be processed EXCEPT payments to the State Treasury.

Important: Do not initiate payments to the Treasury (MFO 820172 and 899998) between December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026. Such transactions will be automatically returned.
