• Register in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the website.
• Go to the application, specify the city of Kyiv, find the Meet & Greet service at the Kyiv station and download the QR code.
• Drive into the parking area near the Ukrainian Railways lounge (to the left of the main entrance) * at the Kyiv station, where you will be met managers and will help you with unloading suitcases.
• Show the QR code from the Mastercard Travel Experiences app when you enter the lounge.
• The service includes 1 cup of coffee or tea in the lounge.
• As soon as the train is ready to board, the manager will accompany you with a separate passage to the train and help with luggage.
