Now, PRAVEX BANK clients can easily update their personal data and undergo re-identification without leaving their homes. This can be done with the help of Diia in the PRAVEX ONLINE mobile app. For this, you need to have an ID card or passport in Diia.

Online updating of questionnaire data is a quick and convenient tool for client-bank interaction, allowing clients to:

  • swiftly update identification data by sending a passport copy via the Diia without visiting a bank branch;
  • update any questionnaire data except the financial phone number;
  • update information upon bank request or independently, in case of any changes;
  • inform the bank of a change in the type of individual entrepreneur status remotely;
  • send additional documents through the PRAVEX ONLINE chat upon the bank's request;
  • receive push notifications about successful updates and the next required update date.

It is important to note that the procedure is available to individuals, including entrepreneurs.
