•How to send a transfer?

Sender should apply to any of more than 585 branches and departments all over Ukraine and send a transfer:

• by paying cash means to the cash desk of the bank;
• by applying for transfer from account current in national and foreign currency.

To send a transfer it is necessary to fill in a blank of the corresponding form

• on sending a transfer in cash - without limitation of sum of transfer*;
• on transferring from account - within balance of means on account.

* - for transfers in foreign currency sum of sending without opening of account is regulated by currency legislation of Ukraine.

Sending of transfers by a resident:

Client personally fills in a blank in block letters, where he indicates:

for transfers in national currency:

• your last name, name, patronymic name; your address;
• your contact telephone number (desirable but not obligatory);
• your identifying code. (For sending a transfer certificate about conferment of identifying code is not needed, but on sending a transfer in hryvnya Sender should fill in the frame "Identifying code of Sender" on the blank "Application for transfer");
• Full name of Receiver;
• identifying code of Receiver (desirable but not obligatory)
• other essential elements of Receiver;
• address, telephone (desirable but not obligatory);
• sum of transfer

To send a transfer on system "PRAVEX-TELEGRAPH" it is necessary to provide the following documents:

on sending a transfer to 50 000 hrn:

• - document, testifying person (not obligatory)

on sending a transfer more than 50 000 hrn:

• - original of certificate about conferment of identifying code,

document, testifying person (passport)

for transfers in USA dollars and EUR:

• your full name;
• your address;
• passport data of sender, irrespective of sum of transfer;
• your contact telephone number (desirable but not obligatory);
• full name of Receiver;
• sum and currency of transfer;

To send a transfer on system "PRAVEX-TELEGRAPH" it is necessary to provide the following documents:

on sending a transfer to $1000:

• - document, testifying person (not obligatory)

on sending a transfer more than $1000 (For transferring a sum more than $1000 an account should be opened, in this case account is opened free!):

• - original of certificate about conferment of identifying code,

document, testifying person (passport).

sending of transfers by a non-resident:

Non-resident can send a transfer by system "PRAVEX-TELEGRAPH":

1. On sending transfers in hryvnya no documents are needed;
2. On sending a transfer in foreign currency it is necessary to provide:

• passport and document, testifying origin of money means.

On accomplishing a transfer in USA dollars and Euro fee for payment-cash desk service is taken in national currency of Ukraine.

* — transfers are possible only in national currency of Ukraine, without limitation of sum. Fee for accounting-cash desk service is transferred together with sum of transfer in accordance with tariffs of the Bank.

•How to receive a transfer?

Receiver should apply to any of more than 585 branches and departments all over Ukraine. For searching a transfer Receiver should indicate Full name of Sender and one of obligatory essential elements: registration (control) number of transfer or exact sum of transfer.

In order to receive transfer by system "PRAVEX-TELEGRAPH" it is necessary to provide the following documents:

to 50 000 hrn (or equivalent in foreign currency):

• passport or document substituting it

more than 50 000 hrn (or equivalent in foreign currency):

• passport or document substituting it
• original of certificate about conferment of identifying number

Receiver personally fills in the blank in block letters in which he indicates:

for transfers in national currency:

• control number of money transfer (if it is known)
• his passport data (full name, address, series, number of passport, when and by whom it was issued);
• his contact telephone number (not obligatory);
• full name of Sender;
• expected sum of transfer.

for transfers in USA dollars and Euro:

• your full name;
• your passport data;
• full name of Sender;
• expected sum of transfer.

On receiving money means it is necessary to indicate passport data of Sender of transfer.

Fee on paying out a transfer is not taken from Receiver

On accomplishing a transfer on sum more than 50 000 hrn or its equivalent in foreign currency according to the course of NBU on the day of transaction, it is necessary to indicate passport data, or data of document substituting it in receipt documents.
