Investors of our Bank have the possibility:

to transfer the amount of deposit and its interest after expiration of the agreement on the bank deposit into a card account, opened in our Bank, and also monthly to transfer interest on deposits into a card account with monthly payment of interest;
to transfer the amount of a deposit and/or interest into a current account in our or any other bank on the territory of Ukraine at expiration of the agreement;
to provide to the bank the power of attorney attested by a notary for the third person certifying his / her right to command the deposit and its interest;
to draw up a supplementary agreement on the right of a beneficiary;
to draw up a testamentary disposition in our Bank;
to deposit worn-out notes;
to execute the power of attorney on the right to command the investor's funds;
to annul a supplementary agreement on the rights of a beneficiary a testamentary disposition.

Advantages of signing of a supplementary agreement in favor of a third person - beneficiary

A supplementary agreement on the rights of a beneficiary gives investor the possibility to manage his assets efficiently in case of unforeseen circumstances (business trip, loss (re-drafting) of documents identifying the person, temporary invalidity etc);
According to investor's wish a supplementary agreement is signed, which gives right to the third party - beneficiary to command the deposit and its interest;
Investor has a right without informing beneficiary to restrict his rights or to deprive him of all his rights, indicated in the supplementary agreement prior to the moment a beneficiary comes into investor's own;
a supplementary agreement on a beneficiary can be composed simultaneously with the deposit agreement or, if the Client wished, during all the term of the deposit agreement validity.

Advantages of drawing up a testamentary disposition in a bank

A testamentary disposition is attested directly by the Bank employee immediately at drawing up an agreement of the bank deposit. There is no need to apply to a notary, pay for his services and to pay a state duty;
The amount of a testamentary disposition is not included into the general mass of succession. Person, indicated in a testamentary disposition, has a top-priority right to receive a deposit and interest, irrespective of other heirs.

Power of attorney for the right to command the funds of a deposit:

Gives third person the right to command the funds of this deposit or the accrued interest of this deposit equal to investor;
Investor has a right to give unlimited number of powers of attorney for deposit for different individuals;
Investor has a right to annul the power of attorney on a deposit excluding the persons who have the right to command the deposit and its accrued interest.
