Deposit (investment) is monetary means in national or in foreign currency, handed by the owner or by the third person by proxy and at the expense of the owner to the bank for saving on terms and conditions fixed in the agreement, with compulsory return to the investor. Means on investment (deposit) accounts of individuals can be placed in cash, transferred from a personal deposit account or from a current account in national or foreign currency.

•Fund of guarantee of individuals' deposits increased the maximal amount of compensation on deposits up to UAH 50 000.

Decision of the Fund of guarantee of individuals' deposits dated 14.08.2007 No. 1002/14269 "On increasing the size of means compensation on deposits" came into effect on September 11, 2007. Now the Fund guarantees every investor individual of the banks-members of the Fund (banks, which are temporarily members if deposits were attracted before the moment of their transfer into this category) compensation of means on deposits including interests at the amount of total deposits but not more than UAH 50 000. PRAVEX-BANK is a bank-member of the Fund of guarantee of individuals' deposits since 1999, and being an exceptionally stable and reliable partner it was not once involved into payments of compensation to the investors of other banks.

International rating

In 2007 International rating agency Moody's assigned to PRAVEX-BANK:

Rating of long-term deposits both in national and in foreign currencies at the level B2;
Rating of long-term deposits in national currency on national scale A3.ua.

This fact indicates high level of reliability and stability of Bank's development.

Besides International Rating Agency Fitch assigned to PRAVEX-BANK long-term rating B- with stable forecast, and also it assigned short-term rating B, support level "5" and National long-term rating BBB (ukr).
