Rates indicated in the table will be valid after borrower's transfer of official act about right of land possession for bank's saving. Besides credit is issued to the borrower with interest rate, that 1% more than indicated in the table. Increased rate is valid to the date of transfer by borrower of official act about right of land possession for bank's saving.
Bank's commission while credit issuing (credits in USD, EUR, UAH):
- Commission for settlement and counter servicing of individuals' credit operation: 1,5% from the amount of credit in national currency with settlement rate of the bank, without VAT.
- Other commissions of the bank while credit issuing are absent.
