List of the necessary documents

List of documents for opening a securities account for a non-resident legal entity:

application for opening a securities account;
securities account questionnaire;
copy of a notarized excerpt from a trade, banking or judicial register or certificate of registration issued by the local government body of a foreign state with regard to legal entity registration;
copies of notarized documents confirming the powers of persons entitled to act on behalf of a legal person without power of attorney;
original or copy of the power of attorney of the securities account holder issued and signed by the legal entity's General Manager if the account holder is not the General Manager of the said legal entity;
original or duly authorized copy of the document containing information on the settlement account and details of the bank with which the settlement account is opened;
sealed and notarized list of authorized signatures of account holders.

List of documents for opening a securities account for a resident legal entity:

application for opening a securities account;
securities account questionnaire;
copy of the state registration certificate of the legal entity with respective state authorities, notarized or authorized by the authority that issued the said state registration certificate;
copy of the certificate of the legal entity's registration with the USREOU, notarized or authorized by the authority that issued the said certificate;
copy of the registered constituent document, notarized or authorized by the authority that registered it;
copies of notarized documents confirming the powers of persons who are entitled to act on behalf of a legal person without power of attorney;
original or duly authorized copy of the document containing information on the settlement account and details of the bank with which the settlement account is opened;
list of authorized signatures of account holders, sealed and confirmed by the legal entity's General Manager.
