**** In the case of cash withdrawal rate for payments related to wages and scholarships: cash for payment of principal and additional salary and incentive compensation payments, cash military units and institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine , intelligence agencies of Ukraine, individual businesses and organizations that the terms of the activity is deciphering purpose from amounts (excluding travel, loans granted to employees on a variety of needs, and help and Occupational Diseases of Ukraine, Fund for the implementation of measures to eliminate consequences of the Chernobyl accident and social protection, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, with the budget, trade, charitable and other funds accounted for the other characters), benefits, compensation, allowances, cash for payment of scholarships to students of educational institutions at all levels of accreditation, regardless of their subordination, cash businesses to pay net income.
- Conditions of Lux tariff package (hereinafter - the "tariff package") are available both for newly attracted legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and for already active current accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
- Conditions of the tariff package apply to current accounts of balance 2 600, 2 650.
- Servicing under conditions of this tariff package is possible only if the client uses electronic banking systems (EBS). If the client gets temporarily disconnected from EBS (for the period of such disconnection), it will receive services according to the bank's general tariffs.
- All other services not included in the cost of the Lux tariff package will be rendered according to the bank's general tariffs applicable as of the service rendering date.
- For clients who have already been using Client-Bank+, Internet-Client-Bank, and the corporate payment card, when their accounts are switched to the conditions of this tariff package, these conditions will apply only to settlement and cash services.
- A client opening a new current account will be charged an account opening fee as provided in the conditions of the tariff package.
- A client who already has a current account with PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB and wants to switch this account to servicing under the conditions of one of the tariff packages will be charged a switch fee in the amount of UAH 200.
- Switching a current account to servicing under one of the tariff packages/general tariffs is possible only starting from the first day of the month following the month when the client submitted the relevant application.
- When opening a current account due to transferring a client from one PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB outlet to another, the conditions of such client's previous tariff package will remain.
- The monthly subscription fee for using the tariff package will be written off directly from the client's current account.
- A subscription fee for using the tariff package will be charged on the first business day of the month following the reporting month and only if there were any client-initiated debit transactions (outgoing payments) against the account.
- A client who is opening a current account and wants to be serviced under conditions of the tariff package needs to conclude an Additional Agreement to the Account Agreement regarding servicing of the current account under conditions of the Lux tariff package, and sign the present Conditions.
- A client who already has a current account with PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB and wants to be serviced under conditions of the tariff package, in addition to the documents specified in clause 12, needs to submit an application (of standard form) regarding switching to the required tariff package.
