Loans
For corporate clients
Constituent and registration documents:
- Articles of Association and foundation agreement of the Company (if available) with all amendments and supplements (copies certified by a notary);
- State Registration (re-registration) Certificate of the Company (a copy certified by a notary);
- Company's Registration Certificate in the Administration of Statistics (a copy certified by a notary);
- Decision of founders (owners, shareholders) of the Company about the drawing up of the loan and transferring of property as a collateral and about power of attorney to sign agreements by particular persons (if necessary, based on the content of the constituent documents and requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine)*;
- Orders, the founders meetings Minutes on the appointment of officials of the Company who have authority to sign documents under this loan agreement (copies, signed and sealed by Head of Enterprise);
* - Documents shall be provided in original / copy certified by an authorized bank employee / copy certified by signature of the authorized person of the company and seal of the Company.
