Loans
For corporate clients
Financial documents:
- Balance sheet of the Company for the last two reporting years, as well as 3 most recent reporting periods (copies certified by signatures of the authorized persons and the seal of the enterprise);
- Company's financial performance statements and their usage (Form 2) for the last two reporting years, as well as for 3 most recent reporting periods (copies certified by signatures of the authorized persons and seal of the enterprise);
- Itemization
of accounts receivable and accounts payable of the Company as of the last
reporting date, with indication of past due debt period (if required);
- Itemization of fixed assets of the Company on residual book value as of the last reporting date (if required);
- If the enterprise has loans, guarantees, lease agreements, reference(s) from the banks must be provided with indication of amount and currency of issued loan, outstanding debt amount as of the current date, term, presence (absence) of arrears;
