Bank guarantee
Bank guarantee is obligation of Warrantor (bank) in case of violation by Principle (client) obligation to the Beneficiary (profit gainer) to pay out a guarantee sum to beneficiary in accordance with conditions of guarantee.
Pravex-Bank provides clients with Bank guarantees:
- to ensure fulfilment of tender obligations
- to ensure fulfilment of obligations on contract
- guarantees to tourist companies for receiving a license
