• Period of the enterprise's existence at the market and performing of economic activity - at least 12 months;
• stable financial standing of the enterprise and profitable current activity;
• absence of past due payables and debts to budget;
• absence of excessive indebtedness to other banks and financial institutions;
• opening of current account with "PRAVEX-BANK" PJSCCB;
• submission of package of documents to the bank that is drawn up in compliance with the bank's requirements;
• within the whole period of loan use, property provided to the Bank as a collateral (except for deposit property rights) should be insured in one of the following Insurance Companies, accredited by the Bank.:
JSC PZU Ukraine Insurance Company;
Oranta National Joint Stock Insurance Company;
AXA Strakhovanie Insurance Company CJSC;
