Sergiy Naumov took office as the Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX-BANK
Sergiy Naumov entered upon his duties in the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of "PRAVEX-BANK" PJSCCB.
We would like to remind you that the Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK (Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group), chaired by Silvio Pedrazzi, on July 8th, 2010 has appointed Sergey Naumov as the Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX-BANK.
Sergey Naumov was born in 1969. His working experience on managerial positions in Ukraine's banking system is about 15 years. From 2006 to 2008 he was holding the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ukrsibbank and from 2008 till July 2010 he acted as its Chairman of the Management Board.
Up to 2006 he covered various positions at Raiffeisenbank Ukraine, the last one as Head of the Corporate Division.
