PRAVEX-BANK opens south Regional Centers
Kick-off meeting of PRAVEX-BANK took place on October 21, 2009 in Odesa. The meeting
was dedicated to presentation of the South retail regional center of
PRAVEX-BANK and SME South regional center of PRAVEX-BANK. Management of the
Bank, as well as heads and employees of this region branches were present at
the meeting.
These centers are responsible for work of PRAVEX-BANK branches located
at the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Vinnytsya, Kirovograd, Odesa and Kherson
regions of Ukraine.
South retail regional center of PRAVEX-BANK and SME South regional center of PRAVEX-BANK are located at the address: 10, Soborna St, Odesa.
Kick-off meeting took place due to completion of reorganization process
of PRAVEX-BANK branches network. The purpose of this reorganization is ensuring
of the Bank's compliance with principles of Intesa Sanpaolo Group's
international structure organization which are based on best practices and
ensure considerable results in the countries where the Group is present.
"The main target of the reorganization and the establishment of the new regional centers is to provide Clients with a better, customized and more
efficient level of services. This is the precondition in order to increase the
market share and to restart lending activity", — gave comments Silvio Pedrazzi,
Chairman of Supervisory Board.
