PRAVEX-Bank’s bonds of series “C” are included into the quoting list of second level of First Bond Trading System.
On September 2, 2008 interest-bearing
registered bonds of JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK" of series "C" came through the procedure
of listing and were included into the second level quoting list of stock-exchange
of First Bond Trading System (ticker tape — OPRXBC). "This is already the third
bank's bond issue that came through the listing of stock-exchange. Bank's bonds
inclusion to the stock-exchange listing allows increasing its liquidity and
accordingly raises attractiveness for investors" — commented Natalia Zubrytska,
Chairwoman of Board of PRAVEX-BANK.
We remind that MOODY'S International Rating
Agency on July 3, 2003 has increased the rating of PRAVEX-BANK's bonds of
series "C", namely — long-term rating up to Ba2 on international scale and
long-term rating to Aa1.ua on local scale.
