PRAVEX-BANK STOCKHOLDERS MEETING: Bank’s authorized capital increased by UAH 500 million, new Chairman of the Supervisory Board elected
On September 5, 2008, General meeting of PRAVEX-BANK (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) stockholders took place during which it was decided to increase Bank’s authorized capital by UAH 500 million against supplementary contributions by way of closed (private) placement of nominal shares additional issue of UAH 1 par value each. Thus, after completion of all necessary procedures, Bank’s authorized capital will amount to UAH 991,499,139.

Volume of car loans issued by PRAVEX-BANK grew twice
According to the results of eight months activity of 2008, PRAVEX-BANK considerably increased the volume of issued car loans as compared with the analogous period of 2007. Volume of issued credits for eight months of 2008 amounts to about USD 102 m (7,486 credits), that is practically twice as much as for the analogous period of 2007 (for eight months of 2007, the bank issued 4,130 car loans for an amount of USD 52 m).

PRAVEX-Bank’s bonds of series “C” are included into the quoting list of second level of First Bond Trading System.
On September 2, 2008 interest-bearing registered bonds of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” of series “C” came through the procedure of listing and were included into the second level quoting list of stock-exchange of First Bond Trading System (ticker tape — OPRXBC). “This is already the third bank’s bond issue that came through the listing of stock-exchange. Bank’s bonds inclusion to the stock-exchange listing allows increasing its liquidity and accordingly raises attractiveness for investors” — commented Natalia Zubrytska, Chairwoman of Board of PRAVEX-BANK.
