Fitch upgraded ratings to PRAVEX-BANK
On July 2, 2008, Fitch
upgraded its ratings to JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK", Ukraine: issuer's default long-term
rating (IDR) in foreign currency from "B-"
level (B minus) to "BB-" (BB minus), "Stable" prognosis as well as national
long-term rating from "BBB(ukr)" to "AAA(ukr)", "Stable"
prognosis.
Besides, Fitch upgraded national long-term rating of JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK" three
years bonds from "BBB(ukr)" to
"AAA(ukr)" levels, which are currently in the process of allocation,
D series, amounting to UAH 250 million and with options presentation for
advanced repayment in one or two years.
