•How is it possible to control the state of an account?

You can review, save as a separate file and print out, on a 24-hour basis, statements of current accounts in national and foreign currency via the Bank's website www.pravexonline.com. The basis for providing such services will be a standard Agreement entered between you and the Bank. You can obtain the Agreement in the Head Office and outlets of the Bank.

In addition, there is a possibility in Pravex-Bank PJSCCB of receiving statements of current or card accounts via the Internet electronic mail (e-mail). To connect to this service, you should apply to any outlet/branch of Pravex-Bank PJSCCB to enter a relevant agreement.

To control the state of your card account, Pravex-Bank PJSCCB offers you the use of the SМS Banking service and receiving messages regarding the account move to your mobile phone and online. To connect to this service, you should apply to any outlet/branch of Pravex-Bank PJSCCB to enter a relevant agreement.

You can also make use of the Client-Bank+, Internet-Client-Bank systems, which will, in addition to providing statements of your current account, allow you to use the following services:

• Preparing and making payments in the national currency.
• Receiving the NBU rates.
• Working with documents stored in the Client's database.
• Import and export of information from/to the Client's accounting system using export/import files.
• Printout of electronic payment documents and information received from the Bank, etc.

Connection to the above services is provided by entering an additional agreement between the client and Bank immediately at the moment of opening an account or in the course of servicing.

•How do I transfer money to Ukraine from abroad? How much will it cost?

Pravex-Bank PJSCCB renders services of receiving foreign currency transfers.

You can make transfers to Ukraine according to details of foreign currency current or card accounts, specifying details of the receiving bank. A commission fee for cash fund transfers from abroad is regulated solely by the internal policy of the bank from which the transfer will be made. You can clarify these conditions with the bank whose services you are going to use.

•How is it possible to exchange worn currency?

Worn US dollar notes may be exchanged for fresh ones in any outlet or branch of Pravex-Bank PJSCCB.

Depending on the extent of the wear, a note may be accepted:

• for immediate collection (with simultaneous payment of compensation) — worn notes;
• for long-term collection (collection term 1-4 months) — extra-worn banknotes, those with a manufacturer's defect which are out of circulation.

•Can I pay for NTV+ services in your Bank?

Pravex-bank PJSCCB accepts payments in favor of NTV-plus. For this purpose, you must apply to any outlet or branch of Pravex-Bank PJSCCB. To make payment, you must indicate your full name, address, and number of agreement (10-digit number); in addition, you can specify the number of your card (card installed in a tuner).

Since an amount in US dollars is credited to the subscriber's personal account, but the Bank only accepts payments in the national currency, the amount of payment will be recalculated according to the following dependence:

Payment amount in UAH = Amount in USD to be received on the subscriber's personal account * USD/RUR rate of the Central Bank of Russia * 0.21 (RUR/UAH rate established by the Internet.Money system, which enters information into the database of NTV+.

No additional commission fee is charged for accepting payments in favor of NTV+.

Cash funds will be received on the account of NTV+ on the next banking day following the posting of the payment. You can also keep track of your payment after one day following its execution on the website of NTV+: NTVPLUS.ru.

•What interest is accrued on a pension account and what is the minimum amount required?

The following interest is accrued on the balance of cash funds on a pension account opened with Pravex-Bank PJSCCB:

• for card pension accounts — from 10% per annum;
• for current pension accounts — from 5% per annum;
• Minimum amount for interest accrual — UAH 50.01.

•Is it possible to apply to your Bank for the collection of a non-negotiable check drawn by a US bank in the name of a private person who is a non-resident of Ukraine?

For payment, the Bank accepts Thomas Cook, American Express, and Visa Traveler's Checks in currencies of USD, EUR, GBP; Citicorp in USD.

Any other traveler's checks are only accepted for collection.

Pravex-Bank PJSCCB accepts any checks specified by you for collection upon the presentation of a passport (or other identity document) of the check holder.

When accepting a check for collection, the amount of the guarantee is from UAH 300 to 500, depending on the type of check. The amount of the guarantee is mandatory for all non-negotiable checks, excluding:

• Checks made out by Internet companies;
• Checks for which the payer is the Bank;
• Checks made out by the treasury or government of the country of the check issuer.

The time for processing checks by foreign banks is 30-40 days.

Compensation for checks (less the Bank's commission fee) may be paid out:

• in cash in US dollars, Euros or English pounds sterling,
• credited to a current account in foreign currency.

In receiving compensation for a check, you will need to produce your passport (or other identity document) and a receipt of acceptance of the check for collection.

The commission fee charged by our Bank is: 2% (minimum $5) of the amount of the check compensation received by our Bank. The amount of compensation is equal to the check amount less commission fees charged by foreign banks.
