Advantages for directors
•Salary project has a number of indisputable advantages
It is convenient and favorable for directors and accountants of your company:
- Maximal simplification of paying out salary (after realization of salary project the task of administration on paying out salary will be simplified to transfer of money in single payment to transit account of the bank and passing of payroll to the bank - or in electronic form by system "Client-Bank" by means of Z-module or in paper form and on diskette to the subdivision of the bank, that services the client). Only one payment and salary is automatically enrolled to all employees of the enterprise.
- facilitation of work at the expense of reducing of labor expenses on order of cash means in the bank, transporting to the office and paying to employees.
- Increasing of efficiency of labor of employees at the expense of reducing of working time on paying out and receiving of salary in cash desk (employees will not be any longer distracted from working process on the day of receiving of salary, because it will be accomplished after the end of working day in cash machine or department of the bank).
- Client personally chooses cards that are issued within the frames of salary project (administration of enterprise gets unique possibility to stimulate the interest of managers of middle and upper level by ordering for them Visa Classic Domestic, Visa Classic International or Visa Gold).
- Issuing of salary cards to all employees of all branches/representations/directions and enrolment of salary simultaneously from the central office of enterprise are possible if enterprise has net of branches all over Ukraine (as the Bank possesses a net of branches and departments that exceed 596 points all over Ukraine, it will be of no difficulty for us to ensure issuing of cards immediately on the places).
- Guarantee of fixed terms of means entry on card accounts of employees.
- Possibility to establish credit limits (short-term credits) (Conditions of the bank on establishing of credit limit) on card accounts of employees both with guarantee of client and without it.
- Realization of salary project does not demand obligatory opening of current account in the bank (as enterprise independently enrolls means on transit account of the bank, this transferring can be accomplished both from current account opened in Pravex-Bank and from another one, opened in another Ukrainian bank).
- If number of issued cards is more than 300, bank takes a decision about installing a cash machine close to the enterprise.
- Enterprise is allowed to replenish cards not only with salary, advance and different social payments out, but and compensation sums for business trips. In case advance for business trips is enrolled on account, these means will be considered as paid on account.
- Complete confidence of established sizes of salaries and paid out bonuses, while on getting salary in cash all employees put signatures in one payroll, that makes confidence of salaries impossible.
- Considerable reducing of expenses on salary of cashiers and equipment of cash desks.
- Reducing of expenses for transporting, guard and saving of money. For example, since the moment of realization of salary-card project accountant instead of expenses of time for ordering money in bank, drawing up documents for getting money for paying out salary, going to the bank, line and receiving money in the bank, drawing up documents for paying out salary, returning of money to the bank (consignation) in case salary is not paid out, should only form a payroll for paying out salary and total sum according to the payroll to transfer on account of the bank. After that money within 1 day will be transferred on card accounts of employees (in accordance with payroll). At this accountant does not have to leave his place of work. All the process is completely automated.
Cashier does not take part in paying out salary, i.e. doesn't fulfil operations on recounting of means and paying out salary to every employee.
- On installing system "Client-Bank" and Z-module process of paying out salary is completely automated and allows to pay out salary to employees without leaving the office.
- Bank issues an elite card to top-manager (with payment and contributing of irreducible balance according to tariffs of the bank).
