SMS-banking - mobile card account control
SMS-banking is services allowing the holders of payment cards issued by PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK to control the balance on their card accounts without going to the bank or ATM throught their mobile phones. The service is available for all Ukrainian mobile connection operators. Regardless of the place and time, you can use your mobile phone and SMS-banking service to receive accurat information on your card account balance in the form of an SMS.
Safety:
- you will be instantly notified on any transaction, including an unauthorized one;
- if there are any suspicions as to card theft/loss or carrying out fraudulent transactions with the use of the mobile phone, you may place the card in the Stop-list (blocking) faster than the bank Customer Support service operator.
Convenience:
- You can check the balance directly in the trade outlet and avoid overdraft for purchases;
- you promptly receive information on funds crediting onto your card account;
- You receive your card expiration notice on your mobile phone 21 days prior to the expiration and thus you can be protected from the event of card inoperability;
- You control the use of your funds, receiving transaction notification on your mobile phone;
- notifications containing information on the balance and transactions carried out on the card may be sent to the e-mail address or second phone number as indicated by you.
If the client connects to the service, he may order receiving an SMS on the account balance on the following services:
- By event (the balance report is sent by the bank automatically after each crediting/cash withdrawal transaction). In the event of transactions on the card, the client shall receive a message on his mobile phone containing information on the date, amount, success of transaction and card balance after it.
- By organizer (the report is sent by the bank to the mobile phone at the time earlier indicated by the customer - daily/weekly/monthly). Depending on the needs, the card holder may choose the following services:
- account balance;
- amount, date, time and identificator of the trade outlet where the last account transaction was carried out;
- amount, date, time and identificator of the trade outlet where the last two account transactions were carried out;
- On request (the report is sent by the bank at any time by request made from the mobile phone by the holder of the bank payment card). Depending on the contents of the request sent by the client from the mobile phone, he can receive the following information:
- account balance;
- amount, date, time and identificator of the trade outlet where the last account transaction was carried out;
- amount, date, time and identificator of the trade outlet where the last two account transactions were carried out;
- block the payment card.
Use of the service, On request, by sending an SMS from the mobile phone to the bank.
To receive the necessary information on request from the mobile phone, one should send a text message by SMS service in the e-mail format supported by a certain operator. The general procedure of message creation and compilation is as follows:
- create a new message;
- indicate the address gsm@pravexonline.com;
- separate address with the space;
- set the message subject that would correspond to the service code and send the message to the respective mobile operator number.

NN - order number allocated at the registration of each new client card connected to SMS-banking.
After the registration, NN is communicated to the customer by a standard message as follows:

If the request does not contain information on which card the requested information should be provided, several SMS will be automatically created on all the cards of this client.
Attention! Should you lose your mobile phone, you must immediately notify the bank about this. Before receiving your written notice on the loss of the phone, the bank shall not bear responsibility on the eventual receiving of the information on your card account by third parties.
* KYIVSTAR and Djuice subscribers need to activate the Internet connection to receive the SMS services by sending an SMS of any contents to the number 7021 (according to the standard SMS price).
