Training Department is engaged in new training programs implementation, normative base update and in developing of employees' training as a whole.

At the Department of trading there are more than 200 people working on probation for the next positions:

Director/deputy Director of the Bank's divisions;
Division's accountant;
Division's cashier.

A competitive selection for working on probation for the Director/deputy Director of the Bank's divisions position is offered to the candidates (experienced or not) that have already graduated from the university or are graduating students of final years (5-th or 6-th year of studying).

Probation period for the position of the Director/deputy Director of the division lasts up to 3 months.

Probation process includes theoretical part - normative documents about every way of Bank's activity studying, and also a practical part - probation at the operating Bank's divisions.

A division's Accountant position is offered to candidates (experienced or not) which have already graduated from the university or are graduating students of final years (5-th or 6-th year of studying).

Probation period lasts up to 2 months. All the probation process is supervised by experienced Bank's employees.

During the probation period for the position of division's accountant, candidates get fully acquainted with Bank's operating normative base and also get skilled in program complex used by Bank's division's accountants.

Position of the division's cashier is offered to the candidates (experienced or not), that have already graduated from the university or a specialized school.

Probation period lasts up to 1, 5 moths. While probating the candidates get acquainted with particular features of working as a Bank's division's cashier.

During the probation period for the position of division's cashier, candidates get fully acquainted with Bank's operating normative base and also get skilled in program complex used by Bank's division's cashiers.

Any mentioned position probation is free of charge. After successful completion of probation You are employed at PRAVEX-BANK.
